Maxx Systems Internet can design, develop, and launch a full blown website with all the bells and whistles including E-commerce credit card fulfillment from $2,500 & up*.
- Design, layout, HTML encoding, and uploading of up to a three Megabyte site
- Scanning of logos, photos, etc. (you provide the artwork)
- Inclusion of appropriate public domain art and graphics (from our libraries)
- Unlimited links to other web sites (your choice)
- Linkage to your e-mail addresses from within your site
- ASP Database and SQL Databases
- Inclusion of appropriate interactive forms (CGI)
- Online search, as appropriate/required.
* There are many agreements that work hand in hand to reduce or increase the actual cost of building and maintaining a web site. We have found it best to quote each project based on its specifications. The posted tech labor rate is billed in 15 minute increments at $75 per hour.
Website design and development time depends upon volume, media, and organization of materials submitted. A well-developed, comprehensive web site can take between thirty
to fifty hours to produce from inception to launch.
You can design your own site. You can design it in collaboration with us,
or
we will design it for you with your input and approval all along the way.
For design ideas, we recommend that you browse the web and take notes.
Your web site can contain any and all of the following elements:
- Text - Information you wish to provide
- Images - Logos, photos, etc.
- HyperText - Text that is linked to another section, page, or site.
- HyperMedia - An image that is linked to another section, page, or
site.
- Sound - Speech, music or sound effects
- Video or animation (i.e. slide shows)
- Streaming audio and video
- Feedback forms, e-mail on demand, and/or e-mail link
- Data search (Local or the whole web)
- Current time, date, or access count on home page
All you need to do is submit your materials (text, graphics, sound, video)
to us via floppy disk, e-mail, direct modem to modem
connection, or regular mail. Digital files for all materials are preferred.
Once we have received your materials (text and graphics) and your deposit,
we will assemble your site and place it on a beta address
for your eprivate review. When you approve of your site's final look and
content, we will place and list it in all major WWW indices and directories.
We believe all websites should be "works in progress". You can alter any of your pages at any time, simply by contacting us,
telling us what you want to do, and providing us with the necessary text,
graphics, sound or movie files.
Monthly Services and Charges
FULL SERVICE MONTHLY PLAN - for sites which require extensive maintenance each week.
- Storage of your Web site (up to 3 Megabytes) on the Maxx Systems Internet server at http://www.vdi.net, with unlimited statistical reports showing traffic at your site, and unlimited maintenance (updates, changes, additions, deletions, etc.) for $100 per month.
HOSTING ONLY MONTHLY PLAN - for sites that require no
maintenance.
- Storage of your web site on the Maxx Marketing Systems server at
http://www.vdi.net is included (up to 20MB) along with unlimited statistical reports showing traffic at your site for $30 per month.
- Incidental Website maintenance (updates, changes, additions, etc.) is billed in 15 minute increments at $75/hour.
